SOUTHWOLD ARTS FESTIVAL ~ Blake Morrison & The Hosepipe Band

This new show, Never the Right Time, comprises poems from a recently published collection by Blake Morrison who comments, “After my celebration of Suffolk landscapes and seascapes in my Shingle Street collaboration with the Hosepipe Band, I have now broadened my range to encompass themes of elation, regret, nostalgia, sensuality and domestic comedy. There's a sense of passing time or ‘timefulness’ – of fading memories, missed chances and the coming of age. My touch remains light throughout.”
